Four years as the Vice President of Operations following 10 years as the Director of Operations at a Herman Miller Certified Dealer allowed Scott to compile a solid record of accomplishment in continuous improvement and strategic planning. While in those positions he designed and led improvements in process, technology, and talent management that resulted in cost reductions as well as sizable increases in service utilization, revenue, and profitability.

Having served as an Operations Supervisor for 10 years and, before that, as a Project Supervisor, Scott knows firsthand what it takes to accomplish the day-to-day dealer missions and still continue to produce meaningful change using limited resources.
