We’re always looking for ways to make our education and training programs more impactful. The commercial interiors industry continues to evolve, and we want to ensure those we serve have access to tools that support real growth and leadership in today’s environment.
That mindset led us to partner with Artisan Learning on a new version of our Sales Leadership Program. What began as a refresh became something more: a 12-week, cohort-based program that’s helping us shape the future of sales leadership and how we design learning experiences.
We’re proud that this work has also been recognized globally, earning a Silver Award for Blended Learning from the International E-Learning Association (IELA).
A New Format, Built for Lasting Impact
With Artisan Learning’s guidance, we expanded the program into a structured journey that supports learning over time, something we know busy sales leaders need.
The experience now includes:
- Weekly modules participants work through on their own schedule
- Video content featuring our team to keep the material grounded in the industry
- Tools and resources for day-to-day use
- Live sessions to deepen understanding
- Peer partners and group discussions to build connection and accountability
- Real-world practice through casework using a fictional company, Commercial Interiors, Inc.
The goal was to support behavior change, not just knowledge transfer. And we are seeing how this structure helps learners absorb content more deeply and apply it more confidently.
Why It Matters for What Comes Next
This project has helped shape the way we think about future Solomon Coyle programs. It validates for us that how we deliver knowledge is just as important as what we deliver.
As a result, we’re more intentional about:
- Pacing content so it’s digestible and actionable
- Blending live and self-paced components to support different learning styles
- Creating spaces for peer dialogue and shared learning
- Designing tools that can be used right away, not just saved for later
Not every program will follow this exact structure, but this collaboration has raised the bar for what we aim to offer.
