Cat Heyn brings more than 20 years of experience in the commercial interiors industry to her role as Consultant at Solomon Coyle. Her expertise spans business process improvement, organizational leadership, technology implementation, interior construction, and large-scale operational change. Known for taking on complex, ambiguous challenges, Cat brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to helping businesses improve performance.

Before joining Solomon Coyle, Cat served as Vice President of Business Operations for a leading large West Coast commercial interiors distributor. She led operations and design teams, helped develop a new interior construction division, and guided a four-year enterprise resource planning transformation that touched nearly every area of the business. Earlier in her career, she founded a certified woman-owned consultancy that advised dealers and installation companies on process improvement and software implementation.

As a member of Solomon Coyle’s consulting team, Cat works with Peer Group members, supports the firm’s education programs as an instructor, and collaborates on consulting engagements. Her firsthand understanding of dealer operations enables her to quickly assess challenges and align people, processes, technology, and expertise to strengthen the client experience, improve profitability, and build long-term business value.

Cat is an Arizona State University alumna.
