Tracey works closely with Solomon Coyle’s leadership team and consultants to coordinate the many components that support the firm’s consulting engagements, educational and research programs, marketing deliverables, and database management. Her broad background in international communications, marketing services, meeting planning, vendor relations, and complex administrative operations provides valuable support across the organization.

Her strong editorial skills and close attention to detail ensure quality assurance across contracts, marketing materials, consulting content, education programs, and research initiatives. Her organized, collaborative, and service-focused approach helps ensure internal projects and member-facing programs are delivered accurately, consistently, and professionally.

Before joining Solomon Coyle, Tracey held roles in higher education recruitment, school administration, local government, manufacturing, and the financial services industry, including positions in London, Paris, New York, and her hometown of Adelaide, Australia.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business with a major in marketing and collateral studies in French and psychology.
